Pre-Information Form

This form has been prepared under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the consumer before a distance contract is concluded. It is read and approved before the order is confirmed; the order summary and the invoice form an integral part of it.

2. Main Characteristics of the Service

The service ordered consists of those selected in the order summary among web hosting, virtual servers (VPS/VDS), domain name registration and transfer, SSL certificates and related add-on services (security, backup, monitoring). The package name, resources (disk, CPU, memory, traffic etc.), term and price are stated in the order summary and on the relevant product page.

3. Price and Payment

• The total price of the service including all taxes, the billing period (monthly, yearly etc.) and the currency are shown in the order summary. For services priced in foreign currency, the exchange rate applied to payments in Turkish lira is also stated in the order summary.
• Payment is made by credit or debit card (through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure) or by bank transfer. Card details are not stored by zuwinasa cloud.
• The service fee is charged in advance at the start of each period. Fixed-term services renew for the same term at the end of the period unless cancelled by the member; the renewal fee is announced by email before renewal.

4. Performance (Start of Service)

The service is set up within 1 (one) business day at the latest after the payment is confirmed, and the access details are sent to the member panel and the registered email address. Domain name registrations and transfers depend on the processing time of the respective registry. The service is performed electronically; there is no physical delivery. 5. Right of Withdrawal

In distance contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or to services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends.

A consumer who approves the immediate start of the service when ordering accepts that the right of withdrawal ends as soon as the service is set up. Registered or transferred domain names and issued SSL certificates are created specifically for the customer and are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For orders whose service has not yet been set up, notice of withdrawal is given in writing to [email protected] or via the contact form. The amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the notice.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Within the monetary limits set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.

7. Other Information

• The minimum term of the contract is the selected billing period.
• The rules for using the service are set out in the Terms of Service, and the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy.
• This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are concluded electronically upon order confirmation and stored in the member panel.
