Delivery and Refund Policy

All services provided by zuwinasa cloud are digital services; no physical products are shipped. "Delivery" means setting up the service and sending you the access details.

Delivery (Service Setup)

  • Hosting, VPS and add-on services: set up within 1 business day at the latest after payment confirmation; access details are sent to the member panel and your email address.
  • Domain registration: submitted to the registry after payment confirmation; usually completed within minutes.
  • Domain transfer: may take 5–7 days depending on the approval of the current registrar.
  • SSL certificate: domain-validated (DV) certificates are issued within minutes; organisation-validated (OV) and extended-validation (EV) certificates within 1–5 business days depending on the certificate authority's validation.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Conditions

  • Once the service is started immediately with your approval, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15). Details are in the Pre-Information Form.
  • Registered or transferred domain names and issued SSL certificates cannot be refunded.
  • If payment has been received but the service has not yet been set up, the order is cancelled and the full amount is refunded.
  • If the service cannot be provided for technical reasons or is stopped for reasons attributable to us, the fee for the unused period is refunded.
  • Fees for periods already used are not refunded.

Refund Process

  • Send your refund request in writing to [email protected] or via the contact form.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Card refunds usually appear within 1–3 business days on credit cards and 7–14 business days on debit cards; timing may vary by bank.
  • Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the IBAN registered in your name that you provide.

Cancelling a Service

Fixed-term services can be cancelled in the member panel. A cancelled service ends at the end of the paid period and does not renew.
